WEST HOLLYWOOD – The West Hollywood City Council is considering whether to revoke or suspend a popular nightclub's business license after a series of violent clashes.

Councilman John Heilman says in the last 12 months police have made 44 arrests at the House of Blues for fights, drunk and disorderly behavior and grand theft.

Heilman, who led council discussions Monday night on whether to crack down on the Sunset Strip venue, says club managers haven't done enough to step up security.
