SAN DIEGO: Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a gunman who robbed a convenience store in Rancho Bernardo in August.
The robber was wearing a black bandanna over his face; a dark baseball cap; a dark, hooded sweat shirt; and jeans.
A video shows the man walking into the 7-Eleven store at Bernardo Center Drive and Lomica Drive at 1:15 a.m. Aug. 29 and pulling a black handgun from his pocket.
He points the gun at the clerk and demands cash and four cartons of cigarettes. Before leaving, he is heard saying to the clerk, “Tell anybody, I'll kill you.”
The robber was described as white, 25 to 30 years old and 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, with a thin build.
