Jurors can't agree in firefighters' case

SAN DIEGO COURTS – A jury was unable to reach a verdict yesterday over whether four firefighters ordered to attend last year's gay pride parade were sexually harassed during the event.

The six-man, six-woman panel told the judge they were deadlocked, unable to get nine votes, resulting in a mistrial on the harassment complaint.
